ConnectED Apprenticeships is committed to providing every learner with high-quality careers information, advice and guidance (CIAG) throughout their programme. Our careers offer is structured, sequenced and personalised - beginning before the first day of the apprenticeship and continuing through to each learner's next steps beyond it. We benchmark our
provision against the Gatsby Benchmarks for Good Career Guidance (Colleges and ITPs criteria) and are proud to confirm that we now meet all eight benchmarks.
Careers leadership sits with Esther Cook, our named careers lead, supported by Bev Neave. Our lead assessor is undertaking a careers development apprenticeship, and our Business and Leadership Pathway assessor has completed an NPQ — ensuring that careers expertise and current sector knowledge are embedded across our delivery team. Careers is a
formal element of assessor CPD.

As an apprentice, if you would like a 1-2-1 appointment to discuss your options, please contact your assessor who can arrange this for you, at any point during your apprenticeship. Alternatively, below are some useful links to resources.
